I chose Moonlight Motors because I read it was a family business. And I am happy I went there for the service on my car! Ryli is wonderful from answering my call, booking my appointment and discussing the service to me, and follow up. I didnt plan well because I booked a drop off appointment. I arrived at 9:00am, but car wasnt going to be ready until after 2:00. I didnt have anyone to pick me up, so I walked to the bagel cafe. I decided to go back to ask if I could reschedule. They were already working on my car so I was able to wait and they were so accommodating! I definitely recommend them. Price was good, nice little waiting areas, gave me recommendations with no pressure.

Once again, Moonlight Motors did not disappoint. They were able to get me in at a convenient time and date, provided shuttle service and kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle throughout the day. The photos sent of repairs recommended are extremely helpful. I also appreciate the kind and super friendly staff. It feels good to have found a mechanic I can trust!

Ryli was so sweet, friendly and helpful over the phone. When I arrived she was just as kind, patient and professional! I used a discount card from my mail to get an oil change. I will definitely go back for more services as the price was great, they are so kind and love the community energy!
