Tony took the time to drive my very old car around the block when I dropped in for the first time, late in the afternoon on what looked like a very busy day, to tentatively diagnose a new weird noise. He reassured me the car should be safe to drive for the moment and was not on its last legs, and was able to give me an appointment for the following day, warning I would have to leave the car at least overnight. Next morning I brought the car in at 7 am. By noon I had received a promised email with a detailed description, including photos, of what was found wrong along with what was fine, a price estimate to fix the problems, and , soon after, a phone call to discuss everything. The price was reasonable so I told them to go ahead - fix the funny noise (brakes/axle) along with a suggested fix for the oil leak which my dealership had previously said they could not locate. (There was also a suggestion that I buy new tires soon, which I had been avoiding in case I needed to get a new car!) When I picked the car up the noise was gone and so was the oil leak. It was overall a great experience. I highly recommend Moonlight Motors.

I brought my tall transit van to MM for an oil change and inspection. They were the first repair shop I’ve found that has more than one tall repair stall. (This usually makes it hard for me to schedule service.)They also found several items to be repaired on a van that has been regularly serviced by another unnamed Enc shop. They were easy to communicate with, offered fair prices, and sent me to another shop when my shock bolts were so fused by rust that they couldn’t remove them. Richard’s Mufflers deserves a shoutout for their work too! I will now use MM for all my Ford Transit 250 service! Thank you Tony.

The oil and filter service was competitively priced. My scheduled service was completed on time. I now have a great alternative to the dealer's service department! My daughter recently had significant work done here, and we were very pleased with the service advisor's recommendations. AAA discount was also helpful in reducing the costs.

Super responsive and quick! They fixed the break pads and rotors on my VW super quickly — my car was ready same day. Super great customer service and my car is working perfectly now!
