Marty was terrific. He responded to my after hours message as soon as he got into the shop. He explained why I did not need to pay extra for synthetic oil. Since I was from out of town he found a coupon to lower the price to match what I pay in the Bay Area. And they did my oil change and replaced my burned out bulb asap so I could get back to vacationing. I just wish I lived nearby so I could give him more business.

What an amazing experience! Marty not only took great care of my car and was very strait forward with what was needed, he went above and beyond! First, my check engine light was on and they didn't find any reason why, so he called the dealer himself and was able to diagnose the problem. Then, my tire key was missing and he took it upon himself to drive to the tire store where they had replaced my tires to find it, which of course was literally a needle in a haystack, so he chose to go directly to the dealer to find the master key and purchased new bolts so I don't have to worry about it again in the future. All on his own time! Thank you Marty for making my car safe again!! We really had a lot of hoops to jump through, but Marty made it easy.

Making the appointment with Ken was very easy and the online reminder was great. The vehicle inspection was thorough & very helpful. Ryli was very pleasant and professional when I dropped the car off. This was my first visit. All work was completed on time and done well. The shop was neat, clean and organized.
